I met Jim at the Rowland Coffeehouse in the Tyler Park Center for the Arts, Newtown PA, on December 18, 2011. He was to open the show and I was to play second. His picking and voice were just incredible. I thought Howlin' Wolf was in the house. I wished I could have changed the order of the show and opened for him. Jim just did a demo record playing banjo and dulcimer. Here are some of the songs on that demo.
